Start point

Jangdong Forest Bathing Area (Jang-dong, Daedeok-gu)

Good to know

The first 2–3 km climb steadily, then gentle rolling terrain follows (approx. 400 m total ascent). Many people walk barefoot, so slow down when passing. Slippery after rain, and water is hard to find along the loop.
