The basic route is out-and-back on the paved walkway beside the sand, between the Namcheon Beach Park end and the Millak Beach Park end. Extend it to Millak Waterfront Park and the Suyeonggang River for 10 km. Always busy with tourists and events, so many reviewers suggest running for the scenery rather than for time.
